    Community OutreachThe Staff at the L.A. Metropolitan Medical Center understands the need for community-based health education. That is why we offer FREE educational classes.

    Community Classes

    L.A. Metropolitan Medical Center in partnership with other community organizations offers classes aimed to empower families in our community. These classes cover a wide variety of topics such as:

  • Domestic Violence
  • Child Abuse
  • Family Planning
  • Communication Techniques for Parents
  • Menopause
  • Arthritis

    Although these classes are generally at no cost to participate, some may have a nominal fee. Call for a current schedule or for more information at (323) 730-7387.
